fictional tattoos on nba players that don't have a tattoo.

hi is there any way that i can add some fictional tattoos on nba player that don't have a tattoo? for example dirk nowitzki he has no "chest_color" in his png . how can i add some fictional tattoo on dirk?. thanks in advance
