Can anyone please release an official roster my league playoffs save file?

Save files are encrypted and tied to profiles, so they can't be shared the old fashioned way. Well, they can be, but the other person can't load them.

Wouldn't be possible if releasing it with profile files ?
or is there any other way of creating an official playoff bracket ? (without playing a season ofcourse which not likely to possible recreate official standings)

Do you mean simply there is no way playing an official playoff in 2k16 no mod works too?

No, it's not possible. Rosters can only be shared in-game.

Ok but how you gonna simulate official playoffs?

You can't. There's no standalone Playoffs mode in NBA 2K16. You can sim through a season in MyLEAGUE with the most recent roster update, and hope for the best.
