Hi I'm new to modding 2k16 how does one get started?

I tried to install the Derick Rose face pack and didn't work I don't know how to do it correctly and couldn't find any information on the site. Could anyone explain to me how to install mods

Derick Rose face's can't be installed normally. Try any other face and see if it works.
