off-ball offense moves

Hi guys , I have a question about off-ball offense moves,how can you perform them this year, last years they were assigned with the right stick, this year, in the controller settings, they're still assigned with the right stick but it doesn't work at all , do you guys know how to do these moves?

You mean those jab steps, hesitation moves and spin moves off-ball ? I don't think they are literally in the game. I have noticed that too
