PLEASE HELP ME

Hello,
iam playing NBA2k16 since release and the first time everything was fine and the game runs really good without Lags or something else. Than come the patches in NBA2k16 and the Lags are coming more and more. If i now play the game ONLINE its unplayable. There are Freeze´s and Lags in every attack and defense. The Freeze´s are sometimes more than 2secs and the "wait for opponent" text is coming ... after the screen the game runs short time normally without lags .. Thats in every game ! I cant play 2k since the patches because its not funny to play so. I tried everything. I was playing with the lowest settings, download NVIDIA inspector and created the 2k.exe in there, actualized my driver for my grafic card and so on. Nothing helps! So now iam trying here my Luck before i uninstall the game. I hope there is any way you can help me to fix this Lags. I think there is a problem with my connection to the 2k server but i didnt know.

GPU: GeForce GTX 960
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz
Speicher: 8,00 GB RAM
Betriebssystem: Windows 10 PRO
