In MyLeague, which attribute in a player makes a player in a coach?

I found that Andre Miller, Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, Vince Carter and Steve Nash became candidates, but what about guys like Caron Butler, Mike James, Jason Kapono or Pablo Prigioni? Testing out who becomes coaches and who don't and the attribute that Andre Miller has that makes him a candidate. Which attribute/badge that Andre Miller holds is the one that makes players into coaches?
