MyPlayer big head

Where can i find my player big head.iff via explorer? OA,OB,0C,0D,1i found nothing :/
clothing_item_shorts_bigheadportrait.iff, clothing_resource_shorts_bigheadportrait_geo.iff those 2 only found in 0B is it editable ?
