Black Screen. Help!

So I recently download 2K16 for the 3rd time in my laptop but when I opened the game and skip the boot movie, nothing happens. Like I'm just sitting there with the black screen. Thoughts?

Fixes I've already tried:
1.) Verifying game cache
2.) Deleting the Sync.bin
3.) Deleting 0A and 0B and then redownloading it again
4.) Deleting manifest_g
5.) Updating my video card
6.) Installing Direct X

and no, that didn't happen to me on my first and second installation.

But IMO, it looks like it has something to do with your graphics card.

nothing to do with my card. I've had the game for months now and can play without any errors like that.
