I'm sorry did anyone ever explain wth this is?

phpBB [video]

This happens (at least on Superstar) at least 2-5 times per game (maybe not to this extent) and i am just at a loss for words...playing on Broadcast cam I can't do anything to stop the pass because I can't see it...I've tweaked backdoor passing, pass accuracy etc...I have no idea what causes this and what slider we are supposed to tweak to stop it. It's simply annoying and IDK how you let this game be released with stuff like this happening so frequently. (not to mention the players constantly falling over themselves or "flopping" but apparently that has been fixed in the latest patch, we shall see).

2K cam is ideal for this reason. Broadcast cam is nice for a realistic TV-like experience, but isn't quite as practical.

Yeah, exactly what TBM said. 2K camera is practical. But guys like me only play the game for a realistic tv-like simulation. Ofcourse I play the game on the broadcast camera angle.
I also play on superstar, it seems the most realistic difficulty level.
What I did to prevent what we can see in the video, was to always manually switch to my PG after every made basket. This way, most of the times, the Center and the PF would stick to their defending man.
If you find it lame and you don't want to over-use your R1 and A button(Xbox controller), you don't have to always manually switch to the PG. You have a setting in the controller category if I remember correctly - "preffered position" or something. If you set that to "PG", the game automatically switches you to your PG after posession changes.

Only way to "try" and avoid that happening Mike is to switch the controller player to "Point Guard" to allow the cpu AI players to pick up there players quickly.

but this happens to teams with low bbiq like the 76ers constantly in real NBA games if you have been watching them the last 2-3 seasons.

Oh really? I've watched every second of every Sixers game this year, even been to 3 games and I have yet to see a standing 3/4 court pass from someone standing under the rim....I also didn't see it last year when we led the league in steals either so not sure what you have been watching the last 2-3 seasons *Sips tea*

Yes it happened at an amazingly convenient time for the CPU. #Annoying

Yea same I am definitely a broadcast guy, I go for that TV realism approach.

I'll give the "preferred position" thing a shot, thanks guys.
