What Am I doing wrong when trying to import mods?

Not sure what I am doing wrong, I just put the plugin in my nba 2k16 directory, then place the mods in the modded folder? am i missing something, can someone give a retard proof steps, I miss the old NBA 2ks so easy.

The plugin doesn't officially support pirated copies of the game. Neither does this forum. Reported.
