Crash at team selection screen

Hi guys,
I have a problem with my 2k16, before i patched the game on pc with the latest fixes, i installed a George Hill cyberface by TBM i think, amd it works well. After the patch for the pc that fixes commentary issues and controllers, when ever i selected the Pacers, the game crashes immediately. And on my career, Paul George was invincible, and on my league, i happened to be playing with the Pacers, and the court was white, the players gone, the crowds was like purplish- no texture look. Anything Pacers related to my game crashes immediately
Is there anything i can do to fix this?
