2 accounts mycareer questions

Hi everyone , I have question reguarding mycareer.
I'm on PC.
I have my first mycareer it's a PG, but I want to create a C just for the fun of it, can I create a new player/ add new face/tatoos etc. without deleting the old ones? I remember in 2k15 if I touched myplayer's face the 2 accounts will automatically have the changes. Is there a way to fix that?

your MyPlayer is using for all your's Careers, MyGM and any other appearances of any person that connected with you. you can not create different MyPLAYER for different Careers
