How does it work new Proam?

Hi guys, i dont understand the new proam system. Team overall is different everygame and i have 84 overall while i have 94 in reality.
Someone knows how it works now?

I'm guessing 84 is the cap, because my 88 player is rated 84 in Pro-Am as well. I actually like it that way. No one is ridiculously overpowered and it makes for a more even, competitive match.

I think the game attempts to balance teams somehow through some adjustment to overall ratings, but it hasn't actually felt as though my player's abilities were affected at all.

It would be interesting to play a test game with a team of 55-overall noobs against a team of 88+ players to see what happens and get feedback on how those players "feel" when played.

Dont think so, our center is 94 too, and the new ranking for him in proam is 90. Also other players in the team that are 90 and 91, has 89 and 88.
I just want an explanation of 2k about all the new system, it doesnt matter the rival, im allways 84.

Yesterday i upgrade my defense 1 point, im still 94, but in proam im 85 now instead of 84, so i understand that is just a matter of what proam system values most.
