Adding mods 2k15-2k16?

Anyone have a clue if we can add mods from 2k15 into 2k16.

It entirely depends. Just importing 2K15 iffs, no. But for example, if a 2K15 mod used a texture that remained the same in 2K16, you could export the texture with the 2K15 tool and import it into a 2K16 iff.
