Some questions, please help

Hey!
1) Does trading players mess up commentary and presentation? I started a season with the Knicks and traded Carmelo Anythony for Dirk Nowitzki (personal taste...regardless of realism, salary cap etc.). Since then the pregame show is quite and no player introductions are played. Is this because of the trade and only default teams get introductions?
2) How does Real FG% work? Is it only based on ratings or can the players also get hot and cold?
3) Are rotations buggy? Two starters should only get 24-26 minutes and two bench players should get 24-26. However, every player plays 30+ MPG and the two bench players only 16 MPG the most. I play with 6 minute quarters and use the setting to simulate 12 minute quarters. If a player scores 10 points he averages 20 then...and if I win 50-48 the game ends 100-96.
4) Creating custom jerserys and the arena in season mode is a lot of work. Is there a way to save them to use for outside the season?
