Scoreboard files location? Presentation work.

I want to start working on a TNT presentation mod. While its true we done have hex editing yet, we can make subtle changes to the scoreboard, create a watermark (even a stand still bottom line), and edit the logos for the studio show.

Are these files in OB?

here is a list with the .iffs that would affect the presentation:

I already searched the files because I wanted to work on a TNT presentation and in these .iffs are the 2k default .dds logos.

I can't seem to locate the newscorebug file. Anyone?
