They would have to show a screenshot of Karl Anthony Towns and it seems like he has some generic face in the trailers. Chances are that generic face will stay there until an update will happen in winter (remember Lillard last year).

No way he'll have a generic face on release. 2K always has rookie faces for draft picks in the game at launch.

It was just a pre-release trailer. It was probably created months ago, before they scanned half of the players. Anyways...
