Question about attributes address

Is it possible that various attributes ( post fadeaway, standing dunk, passage IQ, moving shot mid.range & others) have the same address 0865FBCC?
Was trying to balance some players but I can't seem to edit those stats one by one.
if i highlight the shooting column those attributes get the moving mid-range value, if I highlight the playmaker one, they get the QI value.
