Clothing ID's , Black Face Glitch , Headbands PC!

Hello , I have a couple of quick questions ..
I have some halloween and christmas clothing id's such as tops and bottoms ..
Is it possible for me to find the others ? If not Is there a way to permanately add them on my account without having to use CE to equip them ?
Another question there is a black face that I would Like to put on my player ..
I tried using 2k16 file explorer but it gives everyone else a black face in the game is there a way I can only apply to my player?
Last question .. Is there a way to fix headbands so my hair can show?
It seems everytime I put on a headband my hair disappears ..
