PS4 MyCareer save..

Let me tell you the story..
I preordered NBA 2K16 for PlayStation 4 and spend some VC to upgrade MyPlayer to 94 overall. After couple months I sold the console and all games.
Then I bought a console again last month and they just annouced NBA 2K in PlayStation Plus.
Thing is that when I sold the console I wiped out all the data, and because I am stupid I disabled automatic save uploads to cloud.

Is there any way to get myplayer back? I know I could just ask Support, but with all this VC scam going around they just gonna say I am another one.

Edit: 2K Support as expected just send me one of their auto messages that they won't give me back VC, even tho I spend real money on them. I feel kind of scammed now.

I was under the impression that if you log in with the same MyPLAYER account, you'll at least be able to retrieve your upgraded player. The MyCAREER save itself will be gone since there's no local or cloud backup, but as far as I'm aware, that 94 Overall player should be tied to the account. Therefore, I'd ask 2K Support about that account.

I understand your disappointment, but honestly, I don't think you've been scammed here. You received your pre-order bonus, spent it, and then sold your console along with NBA 2K16 and the rest of your games. You don't get the pre-order bonus again, just because you've changed your mind. Once again though, I believe your player itself is tied to an account that can be retrieved, so I'd recommend getting in touch with 2K Support again, and specifically asking about that account. You'll probably have to start your career over, but you'll at least avoid the grind of upgrading your player.
