How to add a new CF using Limnono's Tool - HELP

Hey guys, there seems to be way less visibility in the tutorial forum and I was hoping someone here can help. It is in regards to this thread I posted on, viewtopic.php?f=222&t=99790&start=350

Below is the post:
"Guys I am so confused on something, someone please clarify. I am trying to edit Derrick Rose to be the newly released short hair version. I can load the tool fine and see the roster correctly however when I apply the changes, Derrick Rose changes to some bald player. Here is what I did.

1-Load the tool etc etc
2-Download the .iff and png files
3-placed them in the root of NBA2k16 directory where all the other compressed files are, the ones that look like 2L,2M,2N,2P,2Q etc etc because I am unsure where else it goes.... (this maybe the problem)
4-Go to edit player on Rose in game
5-press the confirm face ID button "after" I modded his ID to be whatever the .iff face id's were, example face2597.iff
6-Exit the edit player and save changes in game.
7-Untick the COnfirm face ID button
8-Refresh roster
9-go back to look at Rose and hes bald.

Can someone clarify what I am missing here? Thanks in advance."

Okay... it seems like everyone has an issue with this.
