How to install courts and cyberfaces?

I downloaded Kings court. It's an f013.iff file but in my steam 2k16 category all files look different than it did in 2k13 as I remember( no .iff files). Where should I put courts and cyberfaces?

You should use the external plugin tool by limono

its in the downloads section for 2k16

Just drag the external plugin files into the main directory of 2k16, and put mods into the "modded" folder that comes with the file
