Player introductions broken?

Are player introductions broken now? They used to work but now the lights go out, the intros are about to start but they end before the first player is announced...and only show the screen with the starters for both teams and the tipoff. The home introduction is very important to me.

Are they broken for others too or don't they work just for me?

Thanks. I either see the overlay with starters for both teams only or the national anthem or a music video (Curry etc.) or the lights go out, center court is displayed with flashing lights but then it stops without announcing players.

I think I have the same thing. It begins as if the players are gonna be introduced, but cuts right to 'after the intros' with the players about to head to center-court. Don't know if it's a 'glitch' because it happens so fluidly that I thought it was on purpose.

On the other hand, I have seen the full player intros for some teams; I remember the Lakers and Hawks.
