no table announcer and committees

please help.. is there any way to fix the problems about "no table announcers/committees" i play myleague and i want my game to be realistic

Yes, this is a known issue. Patch #2 was intended to address it, but it seems it hasn't resolved the problem for everyone. 2K are still working on it; there's an on-going discussion in the official patch thread: viewtopic.php?f=163&t=100046
