There's something wrong with your "local" folder here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\xxxxxxx\370240\local

You need to get proper files for this folder (approx 6gb). I moved this folder somewhere else and next time when I opened steam I had to download this 6gb (it started automatically). After that I didn't get any problems running MyTeam.
