PC specs re: 2k16 (calling any tech expert)

Hello guys, I just want to ask, if the game is fixed/optimized/patched, could I run nba 2k16 with med/high settings smooth? with Nvidia gtx 750 ti and 4gb ram with i5 4460 processor? I just bought it like 2 weeks ago. Thanks. I really need help so I know if I need to have a refund if my pc wont able to play it out. Thank you!
