NBA2K16 XBOX 360 Question

Is the high school and college ball on the XBOX 360? I really hope so, because I want to have time to work on my game before I go pro. I also want to make a Youtube video, granted though it wouldn't be as exciting as Chris Smoove's videos

Unless something has changed, 360/ps3 version is lucky to get a roster update.
