apprantly pre load is sort of showing in on steam read this discussion on steam

a bunch of people are saying if you restart steam you get a prompt of preload but fails must be region locked must be avalaible midnight not sure but this is GREAT NEWS just hoping we can get our gmg keys wednesday or thursday you guys try and see what u can get ?
