Improvements over 2k14 and 15? (Xbox 360)

Hey guys!
For the last two years I played 14 on the 360 irregularly. Now I will have the time to play a bit more. So I can choose between buying 15 for 10€ or 16 for 20€ on the 360.
What I'm looking for is fun gameplay and a realistic sim system. Game modes don't matter.
So my question is: are there any improvements since 14 worth spending the money? Is it comparable to live 06 to 08 on the older consoles?

I can't speak from personal experience, but there was barely any promotion for the 360/PS3 versions during the preview season, so I doubt there's been too much in the way of significant improvement, at least compared to the PC/PS4/X1 versions. It's definitely an afterthought at this point; I'm surprised they haven't phased it out yet, actually.
