Draft Class attributes changed every time???

I was doing some my league tests on my draft classes for PC (Mauroth-Kao) and today I noticed that every player has different attributes compared to the original draft classes.
I mean...every single rating is different!!! Are there crazy cases like athletic guards with quickness/accelaration down from the original 75+ to a miserable 35...slower than Andrea Bargnani!

Please tell me that I have turn on a strange setting and nobody of you is facing the same issue because otherwise I'm asking why am I wasting every single hour of my time working on the draft classes. And above all, I'd really want to know who's the responsible for this epic failure and game-destroying choice.

Leftos could you please reassure me??

UPDATE

The first year seems working fine, than from year 2 it's just an awful mess.

The PG's losing speed and quickness is a bug that I've only encountered once or twice. It's not consistent.

Also yes some attributes for rookies seem to be slightly fudged after drafting which I'm fine with.

You were really lucky then. I can see it catching one player every time I upload the 1st draft class. I also noticed that it's not limited only to quickness attributes, yesterday for example I had Buddy Hield with a hilarious 33/34 standing/moving 3pt shot, neither to the role, for sure I saw it happening twice to Skal. This bug alone is enough to ruin a draft class if it picks the wrong player.

Concerning the slightly fudged ratings after drafting, well...I'm totally not fine with it. I'm not fine with speed/quickness 92/94 changed to 82/99, neither with handling from 82 to 88, or standing layup/driving layup 75/82 changed to 68/88. I'm not totally fine with potential 92 downgraded to 86 and 88 upgraded to 96 as soon as drafted.
There's a reason if I spend so many hours tuning every single detail, why should I accept that almost every single (because almost no one got untouched) attribute is touched in random way? And let's talk about the overalls...from year 2 everybody has a chance to be moved +2/-2 from is set value...again, why? And why this is not happening in year 1, where all the attributes seems to be ok a part from the huge drop bug?

This bug (or it's a choice?) dramatically affects our MyLeague experience and nobody, even the draft class makers, seems to care...

Is bender's 3pt ability really that low? or is that a bug?

You mean Buddy Hield's 3pt rating? both slightly over 80.
