game lag-like slow mo only since today-offline too!

till today it worked perfectly but then i downloaded the new nvidia driver for my gpu and tried to set settings higher... of course it was bad and i changed it *back to what it was*
then the game is running good but its like slow mo
players slower then usual
ball is like floating and not going smooth
i guess you understand what i said... i tried to get back to the older driver and it didnt help
pls help me i cant play like this
on STEAM of course
