Myplayer: Best crossover, spin, signature moves

I just assumed every crossover was the same and differed only in appearance, not in the effect it had on the defender. But according to him, in 2k15, Crossover #16 is the best and makes people break their ankles.

Can anyone recommend the best signature moves in 2K16? I want to be able to destroy the cpu in MyPlayer.
