NBA 2k16 face importing

How to import faces in nba 2k16?
I have downloaded Rose face short hair and i did it in file explorer but nothing happend..

Don't use the explorer to import anymore.

Use the external plugin:

Raptors players can be replaced with the external file plugin AFAIK. The problem with them is exporting the files to edit them in the first place.
