Removing fouls in blacktop?

Is it possible, because I remember in nba 2k10 you could literally do flagrant fouls and the game would just carry on.

create a custom set of sliders in the options menu before entering Blacktop that has the foul frequency for both users and CPU at 0.

Then in blacktop you can pause and change your slider set (but can't make custom sliders during Blacktop).

Remember, if you have another custom set you use, you can save/load/upload sliders this year.
