Mypark rep progression

So I've steadily made progress up to All Star 1. And as I recall, after every MyPark game, the rep bar would show (in blue) with the added rep (in green) to show you gradually progressing to the next level. My problem is that after 2 weeks, it seems like I've made zero progress. There is no longer a green incremental bar after each game and I seem to be stuck halfway between All Star 1 and 2. Is this a bug?
