NBA 2K16 Problems

Ok so I just bought this game and right when I started playing I had a lot of fun, only problem is there is no setting for me to add tattoos to my myplayer (not sure why) and every time I start up the game it asks me to make a new MyPlayer when I already did before. Please help, i really want to play without these problems. :c
