Body options are tied to your MyCareer save file, so first of all load your MyCareer, then check out body options again, and you will see another values. Maybe... I don't know, seriously, i didn't tried it.

C'mon, It's easy!
Here you go, step by step:
1. Run 2K15.
2. Alt+Tab to desktop and run the Cheat Engine.
3. In Cheat Engine window (upper left corner) click on small PC icon, then choose the 2K15.exe process (with Durant's head, lol)
4. Alt+Tab back to game and go to Options\Features >>> My Player edit screen.
5. Alt+Tab to desktop, now in CE window (upper left corner) click on small folder icon, then double click on "NBA2K15.CT" (link in the first post).
6. Now you can see a lot of text in CE table. You need the last line named "ID PLAYER - OPTION / EDIT PLAYER".
7. In the "Value" column you should see "1". Just "1", cos it's default My Player face\skin value.
8. Double click on that "1" and type here any ID you want. Then Alt+Tab to game, and do not change anything. Just click "Complete".
Done... And at no cost!

Yes this does work, and I told you I was leaving on a trip so when I get back sir I will pay you as promised Pm your info to send to
OK guys trust me I had more problems than anyone using this and i found the problem, I downloaded what I thought is the same cheat system
to use to hack the skill points, that one does not work for this, download the cheat at the top of the first post and it works you cant use the same one
you used for your skill point hack dont ask me why I just know it didnt work for me until I re downloaded the one at the top of the page and its awesome

Only thing you could do is to wait for gregkwaste's editor update (it does't have import option) and then you will be able to edit cyberfaces and probably change player name
