I don't have a workaround or any fix right now, but the problem has been identified. I can't make any promises but I'm trying to drive for a solution.

Not much. Not even noticeable unless you use a FPS Counter and you play on 60 FPS lock. Based on my observation turning off v-sync it gives me 2 or 3 FPS more and that's nothing
