Hey, is there a reditor like there was for the older NBA 2k games?

Really want to change to alternate jerseys when playing mycareer, is there any other program that allows me to do tht?

There are no roster editors for NBA 2K15, similar to the ones we've had for past games. As I understand it however, you can use Cheat Engine to make changes like that. Check the Tutorials and Releases section for more info on that.
