Are the servers down?

I have not been able to connect to the servers since the 9th of march. Am I alone or are others having the same problem? I'm On the east coast of the U.S. and I play NBA 2k15 on windows 8.1
If the problem isn't on my end can someone tell me if NBA 2k is aware of the problem and are working to correct it.

Oh cmon what a bullshit this is. Leftos can you explain why Windows 8 and 8.1 users cant connect for 4 days and when its gonna be fixed?

I just wanted to reply to this thread as well
windows 8 users still can't log in and their support is not answering tickets on this. I opened an issue added notes to it two days ago and nada. I opened a new ticket to try to see the status and they just closed it. So I opened a third ticket and asked for a support managers number which they will more then likely close. I have brought this game since 2011 for the pc and because of the way support is treating it will more then likely be the last time. I can with servers down but poor customer service to a long time consumer......
