Exporting Roster Files

Ok would like to know if its possible to open a roster file outside of the game. Im trying to get a list of the players for each Euro League team. So i would like to open the file and go in and copy those players.

Or is there a list of each Euro team's roster somewhere? Ive been looking but haven't found anything. Would like to put them in Excel format

Roster editing isn't possible yet

Well i dont want to edit them, just want to add the players to a spreadsheet. A list for my euro draft im doing.
