Can't find main directory?

I'm trying to use a sweetfx setting but I cant find my main directory. It's not working like the previous versions of 2k. I've been in app data and its only 2 files in the 2k folder. How do I add the sweetfx and where do I paste the files please?

steam folder > steamapps > common > nba2k15
