Change Team in MyCareer

Hi

So I was messing around with a trainer and superstats couldnt get switched off. I finally managed to to switch off super stats but then, after a regular season game I switched to the team of our last match-up (I was playing for Houston, after the game I found myself in a Phili uniform and on their roster).

Obviously I want to get back to Houston, but heres the thing - My player is still at houston. I have no idea how. The commentators call me carter-williams. Is there anyway to get back to my player (its an online save).
