I Try Super Low Settings, With Patch But Still Stutter, My FPS Is 40-43 But Stutter ...

But In BlackTop, No Lag (All High Settings) .

Have you tried changing camera angle so you don't see too much of the crowd etc?

i don`t try it, but i know in super low settings, this will run smoothly .. but stutter tskk ..
