MyCareer - Disabling Injuries

My current save (which is online) is currently a little messed up; I have a few players on my team, with weak injuries, that simply do not sit out of games when they're minorly injured. This causes them to get re-injured, to the stage where they have a high-ankle sprain throughout the entire season.

There any way I can disable injuries? Doesn't appear to be a formal option, so perhaps there's an editor that could do it.
