Online problem

Hey guys, i have a problem when playing online NBA 2k15. When im in the middle of the game, for example in myTeam i get this :"network problem has been encountered that prevents gameplay from continuing" and it's driving me crazy. Anyone knows what's the problem? please help me, thank you!

Well, the problem is there's an issue with the network connection. As to what's causing it, there are a few things it could possibly be:

1. Server issues at 2K's end. It happens from time to time.

2. Issues with your Internet connection and/or LAN. If your connection has a tendency to drop out, or if you're on wi-fi and you're not getting great signal, it's certainly feasible that you'll get disconnections at inopportune times.

3. You've had the misfortune of playing some people who have issues with their Internet connection/LAN, so the games end when they keep dropping out.

4. You've had the misfortune of playing some people who are poor sports, and intentionally disconnecting to avoid having to take a loss.

Those are the things that I'd be looking at first, and working it out by process of elimination. For example, if you don't have any other issues with your Internet connection normally, you can probably cross that one off the list. Without any more information, it's difficult for anyone else to say what is wrong exactly, since we obviously can't see what's happening.

I have the same problem after i reinstall the game before 3 days ago......i already made a ticket to 2k support also i noticed that i am missing 3 bin files at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\43090655\282350 \local mayby that's the probem for me

Thank you Andrew for your reply. Anyway, it seems like it's only a problem when i go to gameplan in 2nd or 3rd quarter to make some changes in my lineup, then this happens. I played many games since that problem and it only appears after i make substitutions..

Have you tried refreshing the game files through Steam? If you have any missing files, that should fix things up.
