Less Stuttering with usb headphones?

Hi everybody!

I was reading some posts about the stuttering issue, and came across some comments that indicated that using usb headphones would solve the stuttering problem.

I was wondering if some of you have experienced that, and if so, did it help?

I've tried everything and i'm still suffering the micro-stuttering problem. When i disable my sound card, everything runs smooth, with everything on high/medium, so, that's got to be a sound problem.

I've looked into every single post about the problem and i was searching for a solution, because the 3rd patch was a disapointment, micro-stuttering-wise
