Hi, i dont have My team mode, 2Ktv, NBA Today. In My Career mode does not for example MyStore. It is something to do with that? It could be because my computer is too weak?

Did you download the game through Steam?

you are playing offline arnt you? if you dont own the game (ah hemm) then you cannot access online, and therefore lose all of the online only features. all of the things you just mentioned are online only.
