MyLeague contract extensions

Hey guys! Maybe this question has been asked before, but I can't seem to find where to extend contracts mid season in MyLeague mode. Both Brandon Knight and Andrea Bargnani (traded Ilyasova for his expiring contract) said in the social media thingy that they wanted contract extensions, but I could find no way to do this.
