Right now, that's not possible. Rosters, Draft Classes, MyCareer files or any other file that I transferred from my laptop to my PC gave me an error upon loading.

Well, you can of course create a "new" roster with the basic roster as it's base. But downloading a roster from NLSC and using it in-game seems impossible this year. So basically, we're stuck with whatever rosters 2K puts out. They have a history of producing rosters that have missing players.
